I offer a unique perspective; having studied rural property to masters level and practised as a Chartered Surveyor in rural estate management, I couple this knowledge and understanding with my true passion - food and hospitality.
From this, I’ve built a successful business delivering services to prestigious rural estates, visitor attractions, heritage properties, and a diverse private client list, operating both nationally and internationally. Having worked with chefs such as Pierre Koffmann, Tom Kitchin, Brett Graham, and Tom Aikens, I’ve honed my culinary talents, whilst managing teams delivering full-service hospitality in a variety of exciting, and (at times) challenging settings.
Over recent years I’ve worked on the development of a significant North East England visitor attraction, that focussed on the creation of a long-term foodservice strategy. This included the design, build, and operation of multiple restaurant concepts, and a large-scale food production facility that diversified into online food retail and dine-at-home products.
Supporting the local community has led to my team producing over 5,000 meals for local school children missing out on free school meals during the summer of 2019. We added to this with 22,000 two-course meals for the vulnerable; produced and distributed during the first Covid lockdown in the Spring/Summer of 2020. Strengthening my own community links by furthering this support, as well as integrating similar programmes into my clients operations is a key priority.
Ultimately, my passion for my profession shines through, delivering with the utmost professionalism and minimum fuss, and going beyond my clients’ expectations time and again.
